Rare Business Opportunity: The Ice Cream Shoppe! After 50 successful years in St. Thomas, this local business is now available for purchase. Located in a high-traffic spot along Veteran's Drive, this central turn-key business comes with a fiercely loyal customer base of both locals and returning tourists. While famous for ice cream, the real driver is its best-selling homemade patties and johnny cakes--so popular that visitors regularly buy 40 to 50 at a time to take back to the mainland. The asking price includes the business identity and current inventory. To ensure a seamless transition, the retiring owner is offering hands-on training to pass down her proprietary recipes for the famous dough and fillings. Don't miss this incredible value and half a century of built-in good will!
