Here's your chance to own a piece of Water Island history! The Searchlight House, originally built by the U.S. Army and converted into a home in the 1950s, sits on 1.48 acres of prime, buildable land just up from the ferry dock. This solid concrete, storm-resistant 2BD/2BA home was remodeled in 2018 and offers breathtaking Caribbean views from every room. Grandfathered at its rare cliffside location, no new construction will ever be this close to the water again. The property includes an original gun emplacement and is zoned W-1, making it a prime investment or development opportunity. With partial renovations completed, it's ready for the next owner to bring their vision to life. Don't miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
